No. You may only scan networks and systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. Scanning systems without permission is illegal under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA). See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

After your 7-day free trial ends, your payment method will be automatically charged the monthly rate for your chosen plan. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription payments once charged. However, you can cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. See our Refund Policy for exceptions.

Log into your account, click the settings icon, and select "Upgrade Plan". You can upgrade at any time and the new rate takes effect on your next billing cycle.

Home ($19/mo) scans basic ports once daily. Business ($99/mo) adds firewall analysis, CVE checks, and scans every 6 hours. Enterprise ($299/mo) includes all checks, real-time monitoring, and hourly scans. All-in-One ($499/mo) adds multi-client management and white-label reports.

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit using SSL/TLS. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Payment information is handled by Stripe and never stored on our servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

You can delete your account from your account settings or by emailing support@netguardiq.net. Account deletion removes all your personal data from our systems within 30 days.
